Special Monitoring

At Kids and Teens, we have a program for asthma care with the following protocol by your pediatrician:

Patients are monitored every 1-3 months via in-person or telehealth to monitor asthma symptoms
Review your child’s asthma medications
Assess for risk factors and obtain family history
Create a customized asthma action plan
Attend asthma education class
Asthma Control Test
- 04 – 11 years – Asthma Test
- 12 above – Asthma Test
